Bad service delivery

On Saturday the 9th of December 2017, my father signed a credit contract with Bears Furniture shop in KuTsolo in the Eastern Cape, for a bed and and an electric stove. They then delivered the stove on the bed on Monday the 11th, to our supreme the electronic stove was not covered, it was not in its box nor was it covered in any ways to protect it. When we queried this, they told us they had no boxes, which in itself is shocking, because no where do electronic goods get delivered withit any kind of covering. We then asked the, to come and wrap the stove, as we would be traveling with it on the weekend of the 16th, they failed to come on the day they said they would, only to come today on the 13th with an old plastic bag, to supposedly wrap the stove for us. We requested that they take the stove bag and return it to us when they where prepared to treat us with respect. I am incredibly upset with this kind of service and find it rather unprofessional and disrespectful. The contract is under Mr M.A Guma
