Bad service and poor quality

Beares Carletonville is hell of a shop. I bought couch and it didn't take even 2 years before it was torn. I reported it, it was taken for repair, it came back worse repaired with different colour. Now it's peeling and u can't even recognize it was leather. And the treatment I received from manager when I went back to report was very bad. The coffee table is peeling. Everything is a mess. The quality and service of beares is hell.
