Bad service and no respect for clients

I bought furniture at beares with a lot of money and they delivered ******* to my house and i had to run after them try to get them to collect the couch and get them replaced as they were broken and after few months they came took the one couch and after a week or so they delivered that couch with a different color and i had to run after them but in this case i never got the help they never even tried to resolve anything . Bad service i will never buy anything from them ever again what **** me off is that i bought for cash and this is the thanks i get .
