Bad service

Bears wynberg is pits. They harass you to make payment on the date that satisfies them and tell you about the contract that they themselves not stick to it when they are looking for sales. I bought 3 items in December and I received 2 . Then later after so many stories, I received the bed which I am now complaining about.And they are not even bothered about that. They contacting for payment which they did not receive . Yet I am still waiting for their phone call regarding the bed!!!!

These people called to confirm when will my first payment go through, I answered and said last day of the month. The lady said okay. Now I’m being contacted by a very rude lady who can’t even listen to what you are saying. All she wants is money and threats that the contract will be cancelled. Which I this point I do not care. They busy emphasising about what is written on the contract whereas at the time of making sales , they acted as if they consider my payment date. I am so ****ed and never in my entire existence experienced such customer service.
