Bad service

I have bought a lounge suite and TV unit from Beares alberton on Tuesday the 25th of June 2024. I was promised my goods will be delivered the next day. I only received my lounge suite on the evening of the 26th I was promised on the 27th they will deliver the TV unit. I have notice the 1 couch have marks on. When I advice them about it they told me it's a fabric fault this afternoon I was told it was it was the demo model on the floor and they will exchange it today the 28th and still waiting for it. Also my delivery note is wrong. How is it customer service really they only make empty promises. If I kept quiet about the lounge suite I wouldn't have know it is a demo and they still charge me full price for it. How many customers is getting this service. I am not very happy about it.
