BAD SERVICE

We bought a bedroom set from Bears Bronkhorstspruit 01/09/25. The next day with delivery we experienced the set was very poor quality and they wanted to fix it with *****s. We sent the set back with the delivery people and went back to the store for a refund. They completed the documents and assured the refund would be made within 7 working days. Every time we go back to the store they say they will follow up with the Head Office with lots of stories. It is today 17/09/25 and still no refund. This is truly unacceptable and the worst service I have ever had. Upon logging a complaint 16/9/26, they contacted me and said they do not have any documents for the refund. I said it is unacceptable but they cannot give me an answer how long I have to wait only that they understand my unhappiness and a senior person will contact me..... so I am still waiting
