Bad service

Very bad service, my aunt lay buy coffee table, when she is done payment she was told to pay also delivery fee she told them she will fetch it...when she went to fetch it they told her that its in their warehouse and someone with the key is not available, of which is their fault , bare in mind that my aunt paid someone to go and fetch it. Now today they are calling her to go and fetch it , now who must pay 2x delivery fee 😡😡😡😡😡😡??????Bear in Mthatha plaza
