Bad service

id buy a laptop @ beares parys and the laptop whas faulty so id take the laptop back to the branch and they tell me it is customer abuse and that was in march.Beares took the laptop and they wil send it throuh to bloemfontein. Sandra at Bloemfontein custermer repair centre told me theycant find any thing of the proof of the laptop that us belongs to me so no they dont want to fix is or replace it. it now 8months that the laptop is stil @ bloemfontein. they acusing me for theft. im so angry i dont know what to do please help me
