Bad service

I canceled my account with Beares cause I felt they are asking too much for the 40 inch Hisense and they include too many insurance that makes one spend R14000 for a TV now they didn't cancel my account the debit order went through.. they took my money said they will refund it in the next 7 days today it's the 8th day and they still haven't gave me my money back.. they don't even reply to my emails
