Bad service

<p>I am very dissappointed in the treatment that some poeple who are in the head office think everyone need to function on their watch, i have bought the phillipe headboard from beares germiston branch and i was told about the same day delivery, i was told that there is a person in the head office who need to give a certai number for the bad to be realsed for a delivery, i was romised that the furnirture will be deliverd on friday last week, i went to the branch in the morning i was told delivery will happend before 12h00, after twelfe i was told 13h00 after one i was told to wait for 30 minutes, later on i was the told that it can only happend on monday becouse someone from the head office decided not to do their job. </p>
