Bad service

I went to Beares store Palm Springs in Vaal to open an account, they asked me my bank statement which I didn’t have And they suggested that I can get it on my bank app. Is where I login and sent 3 months bank statement to the business email address. Everything went fine and my application were approved with no problem. I was told to come in and sign contract, is were problem started . They asked me to go to the ATM and get another statement and I did that. Then another guy asked me to talk privately, he brought two bank statements the one was sent from banking app and another one from ATM. He was telling that I ****d my statement as are different. And he treated me like I’m a ********* by telling me PDF statement was forwarded many times and the logo and other words are blur, we need to go the bank and verify my bank statement. Is where I noticed he’s accusing me. I told him that we can cancel application if he think I ****d bank statement. I told him that he need to check the source of my bank statement who sent it, and the domain name of the email address. He then sent my bank statement to other dept to verify if it is legit or not. That process it took about 2 hours. They didn’t find anything wrong. Then my application was approved again. So I didn’t take whatever I was looking I went to OK furniture.
