bad quality goods

i bought a 4plate stove last year in July and i only started using it it after February. the oven only worked a few times and after that it stopped, some days it will go on and some days it wont. now stopped permanently. i called bears and they said there is nothing they can do the year guarantee is already over. their stuff is very common cause i can see from the unity stand its getting chipped and the fridge also make funny sounds. i never received anything that shows that they only offer 1year guarantee. i will never recommend this shop to anyone . the only thing they are good at is sending boring sms's everyday. SO DISAPPOINTED!
