BAD QUALITY FROM BEARES FURNITURES

Utterly disappointed with Bearers Vosloorus for not handling my query in a professional manner. i bought 5 beds , 3 double and 2 singles. I have a complaint with one of the single beds I bought at Bears Vosloorus, in 2021. The mattress is now sagging. I did not expect to get such quality from Bears. I went to Bears Vosloorus to complain. I was told to send photos 3 weeks ago, and nothing has been said since then. Please i need the mattress replaced or my money back. the other .
