Bad products bad quality that costs a arm and leg

So to cut a long story short, we did en purchase on credit at beares kathu northern cape we bought a bed and a lounge first at the beginning the staff was really nice and very helpful, well as far as that goes. The day that our goods were delivered uncover that the lounge had a fabric fault and immediately reported it the morning after the delivery we waited 2 week for a new couch what was also broken then thy want to give me a hole different coutch justbso we don't cancel the contract and the couch that thy want to give us is more than the one we are paying so we decide to cancel everything thy already took a payment with i am fighting for a refund because we didn't even use the coucges and reported it immediately and we got a broken coutch sins day one, now that everything is canceled the service is going all down hills, everytime we are caling the branch to speak to the manager we are keep telling that se is not there we are stil waiting for them to give us proof of the cancelation and we are still waiting for our refund this is the worst plase to go and bay something, if you are going in to the store to bay somethings then you get fast service but the moment when you go and complain about something thy dont worry if i could give a 0 star review i would this is bad.
