Bad Poor service

I recently bought a fridge a BEARS Soshanguve crossing that has a problem with the water dispenser I told the manager LENA about this problem from August.. She keeps saying she'll come and fetch it and take it for repairs.. 4 months later she hasnt done anything about it.. She had the nerve to call me this week and remind me to make a payment for the broken fridge.. So I explained to her that I can't keep paying for a broken fridge then she saying I Must talk to her RC and fridge supplier as if I dealt with this people when I bought the fridge.. Now she threatening to take all the furniture that I bought the fridge.. The manager keeps promising me lies. I'm FED UP next I'm taking this to NCR and ombudsman.
