BAD CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE!!!

Bears furniture shop at Palm Springs mall has bad service, I have been trying to change my debit order date from last year October till today they haven't assisted, they just told me they will send someone to come assist because their pos machine is always offline, we pay for insurance but when you supposed to claim no one can assist, iv been repeatedly sending emails for assistance.

Bad customer experience yet they can call me everyday to come take up new items!!

I regret buying from bears!!!
