Bad customer service

I bought a lounge suite and a TV stand upon delivery I was told they would come the next day to assemble them, it's been two days now and they have not arrived. Worse the lady I spoke to for enquiries was rude to me. I'm disappointed at them. Bought the furniture at the vereeniging branch.
