Bad customer service

When my tv was not working after 2 weeks of buying it o was never assisted. Stayed for a full 4 months without a tv yet paying monthly. One of the sales person told me why am i making a fuss over this, if It was a white person they wouldn't be making such fuss, us black people we like to overreact. Until this day I'm still shocked at thit response . Got assisted by the LEWIS HEADOFFICE thanks to them.
