bad customer service

Poor service in bears store i bought my furniture of almost 26.000 stove,fridge and macrowave and i got 2 items instead of 3 its two weeks now with out my microwave i call the everyday waistibg my airtime and the lady that was helping she keep on saying it will come and she is not the one who is wrong but the management and i understand but the expect me to pay full monthly installment but i didn't get my stuff in time and i am not happy with their service and i will never buy anymore to Alberton branch am very much angry
