Bad client service

My experience with beares keeps getting worse. A few months ago I wanted to buy pillow, I called the branch,to confirm if they had any. When I went in to pick up my pillows. Nobody knew where they are. I went home and called again in the week. Still when I went in after conformation they still didn't help me. The last staw was this month, as my debit order was set for the 26th of ever month. They loaded my debit order twice. This resulted in a sum total bank fee of R230. They didn't call or email me, stating that the debit order be earlier. I understand that some people get there salary earlier, but thry must inform the client. The bank fees is more then half of my installment.
