Bad client service

I bought a Robe in December and the person assisting me at Beares said that I was going to pay R2000 since I wanted to pay for 6 months and told me that the “Principal debt” for the robe was R11 977. They started deducting in December and May was supposed to be the last month but they deducted in June as well and July. Upon following up on this I was told that I still had a balance of R2770 after paying in May. When I asked I was told by the manager in Sterkspruit that the agreement didn’t say 6 months of which I made an agreement to pay for 6 months. I was then told that I will only be refunded R1230 for the R2000 that was deducted in July and will not get the R2770.

I don’t understand because I did my side of the agreement and their employee was the one who told me that I will be paying R2000 over 6 months. If the mistake was made by their employee it is not my fault they need to deal with their employee
