Bad cheap material units selling to customers

I’ve bought kitchen units from beares last year and it not good quality cause it’s second time that I inform them that the unit is broken and it’s the same problem as the 1st time it cracks and then struggles to open cause if you open in the door gets loose and the crack gets worst really bad units that you are selling so expensive to customers I need that think to be replaced immediately otherwise I won’t pay that account until it’s fixed
