Bad brand

I bought a bed at beares, silly pasture brand for over R8000. 00. On 2018 the bed was changed because it started making noises. It took over a month for me to be assisted. The new bed is having the same problem and now it taking over two months for the bed to changed and silly the campany is charging me an excces fee. The bed was soo expensive its not even holding for one or two years. Now they are treating me like I'm making an insurance claim asking me to an excess fee. People should be on a look out for such ill treatment from this campanys, they sell us a dream and we get played. I even asked if they can change the brand of the bed they are not even entertaining me.
