Bad after sale service

I bought a corner lounge at the end of November 2015. I paid cash for it. Just when the warranty ended most of the springs in couchers pop up. In Jan 2019 i went to the store to tell them about it. They said that they cant do anything because it is out of warranty. They gave me a name whom i could contact to give me a quote and they will see what they can do. I got the person in and he told me that I must go back to Bears because they sold me default couches. I have been to and fro with them and they just not interested in my problem . I asked the manager of the shop to come have a look at the couches. He made an appointment but did not pitch. I contacted the customer care they also told me they cant assist me because it is out of the warranty period. I am sitting with couches that one can not even sit on because of all the springs that had popped up. I am really asking them to assist in fixing it because i took my pension money to buy these couches and 3 years later they are of no use to me. I am really seeking your assistance to get through to Bears . I have been going into the store on a monthly basis and every time they promise me they will come back to me but they don't. I really want to sort this out as i am so disappointed paying such a lot of money for these couches and it is of no use to me. regards Sharon
