Att: ***3 TRACE LOCATOR? VVM?

A few years ago I went to the Bears Furniture Store in Parow Centre Sanlam.

The purchase would have been on credit and I had then told the assistant (elderly female) that I would take the forms with me, complete at home and email all documents the next day.

The assistant I spoke to told me that I needed a TV Licence to purchase.

Before I left the store with the unsigned documents the assistant persisted that I need the TV licence done immediately and she continued to apply for a TV licence even though I had not made the purchase.

I then cancelled the TV the next day due to NOT wanting the TV anymore and I am now being billed for a TV Licence that was meant to be cancelled along with the TV order.

Please correct this immediately as my credit score has now been tarnished due to a TRACE LOCATOR on my name.
