ALL FOR ZILCH'S

After all the complaints no ACTION or reply from any of the staff members from Lewis Bears Stores, my account details on the Bureaus are all listed incorrect balances is not correct, and a laptop that I bought till to date I cannot use, and till to date nothing happens, I think I should take it back and be refunded my monies due to me that I have been paying 8 months whish R580.00 x 8 4640.00 and the closing balance on the Bureaus reflects incorrect, did someone actually knows how to do recons on accounts, clearly it does not looks like it. This account behaviour is unacceptable and I do not receive ANY statements since I opened the account, BUT I am still paying every month, how is business conducted at Lewis / Beares
