ACCOUNT- CLAIM

I have open a accounting with this shop when it was My Home and I have taken music and Plasma then I was busy paying it and I saw sofa and I have asked my husband to take it for me and opened a account then in 2013 he quited from work and I have gone to the shop to arrange how am I going to handle the accounts because I had 2 accounts to pay, the Manager who was there she wrote a letter to the Head Office and she asked me to come back again and I came back she checked and said the other stalment is erased so I have to pay R967 pm but last month when I was there they talled me they have taken the account to lawyers so I was confused now can you please found for me what's going on ,
