2 Debit orders for 1 order!!! *******!!!

I ordered blankets from your Inspire company. The guys set up a debit order twice on my acc for 2 different days. I noticed this when I opened my banking app. I'm not sure if this is how you operate? By trying to ***** money from your customers. I've tried numerous times to get this sorted. They keep telling me they've cancelled it but it's still active on my app. There is no proof what so ever!!!! I am absolutely frustrated that you would feel it's ok to ***** from someone!!!
