Bear Underwear quality slipping

I recently purchased men's Bear Underwear, through ZANDO. As I have used Bear Underwear for many years, I was shocked to find how the quality of the items had slipped, compared to items I still have from years back. It was almost as though the items were ****, the quality was so bad. I have emailed whom I expect to be the holding company, with no response.
