VERY bad service

Bean tree at spar at Eagles Landing Worst service ever. 3 waiters between 10 small tables. Took 13 minutes for someone to bring me a menu. Sat right next to waiter station and all 3 ignored me. Received coffee after 16 minutes, almost 45 minutes later still waiting for toasted sandwich. All customers at the time was complaining. Waiters shouting orders across the room to each other, could hear them from the back too. Not again. Waiters untrained and rude.
