Despicable Customer Service! ????

Despicable service AND food! After selecting the seafood soup off their menu, it was given to me by the friendly waiter. Each s****ful left me with shells from either mussels or prawn legs/shells. Initially, I thought that if its one, I wouldn't make mention of it but after having several s****fuls which included shell remnants I promptly returned the soup. The staff were kind enough to suggest that I select another menu item, which I did. Once the bill arrived, however, I was still charged for the soup as well as the additional menu item I selected. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Kamil, and he said because I had taken more than one s****ful they would still be charging and will not be changing their minds. In lieu of the shells in the soup, the bill was discounted by 10%, which at any other restaurant not even be a consideration. This coffee shop has no idea about customer service. I would not return and will never recommend anyone to go to this establishment.??????
