Bean Bag ****

***********. We requested customized bean bags from Michelle Xu who then proceeded to agree a price, design and delivery date. When the delivery date had come and gone, we started receiving excuse after excuse as to why the bags could not be delivered. Michelle then asked for a 30% deposit, which we agreed and actually paid her 50% deposit (R1050). Another 2 weeks passed without any bags being delivered and we decided to cancel the order and demand our deposit be returned to us.

Initially she refused, but then stated that she had paid the money back. A couple days passed and the money still did not clear. Only to find out it was never paid. Then the excuses started again and we were sworn at over whatsapp. Michelle refused to take our calls and eventually said she had no money and we would get our money bag when she sold our bags. Further weeks passed until such time as we offered Michelle the opportunity to finish the bean bags at the original agreed price to which we received no response. We are currently out of pocket and with no bean and bags almost two months later. Make use of her services at your own risk and peril. She cannot be trusted and we feel ******.
