BAD ATTITUDE AND BILLING

I order a plate which cost R51, when my order arrived the (1st)gentleman didn't have change for a R200 note and said he would bring back money as he had to fetch it in the store( 2mins away from my office). I allowed 15minutes to pass and gave them a call- I got excuses and stories and I called them 4 time in intervals of 30 minutes, now the phone got disconnected, I then called again the (1st)gentleman who had initially took my money no longer takes my calls and lets his colleague speak to me. the guy become extremely rude and I threatened them that id take the matter further if they don't bring my cash. Now the (1st) gentleman then came to our office and gave our office help a piece of his mind, I am disgusted in such a service and delivery.
