WORST TECHNICAL SERVICE EVER FROM A COMPANY

We were initially with APCAN which sold to National and then to Beagle Watch.

Since day 1 around September 2022 when Beagle came to change the transmitter radio or whatever we've had issues with Beagle Watch. Their technical team is USELESS. When we turn on/off the alarm it sends a signal that their is a issue at our premises and they phone to check if all is good. Jaco came out about 3 maybe 4 times to resolve the issue. They charged us for a new battery which did not resolve our problems. The problems just carried on. On the 2nd November 2022 I let Jaco know the problem is still persisting and he let me know that he was no longer employed by them. Then I was forced to speak to the call centre AGAIN. I spoke to their head of technical (cant remember his name) which said he will phone me back to arrange to have it sorted out again. Today is 13 DECEMBER 2022 and still haven't heard form them. The problem has since become worse. We are now getting medical emergency alarms and a bunch of other issues. We don't even put ON the alarm and were still getting these issues.

I'm at my ends wit with these people. I phoned their offices to try and speak to senior management but they keep blocking me from doing so. I've given them instruction to come remove their system TODAY and cancel our contract with them. I shall be moving over to DMS, ABSOLUT or EC security.

Seriously... How pathetic of a company do you have to be that you cant even resolve a technical issue. Imagine their is a real crisis how are these people going to respond if they ever will respond

Feedback:

After logging my issue on hellopeter.com I was contacted by Beagle Watch within a hour. They came out the same day to resolve the issue which is greatly appreciated. The CEO Andre personally phoned me to follow up and check if the issue got sorted out.

Just wanted to say thanks to the 2 gentleman (forgot their names) who came out and replaced the radio or whatever. We now have a functional alarm again.

Thanks to all involved.
