Worst response time ever, wont assist you when you need them

Don’t ever trust Beagle watch:

1. For almost a year I complained that my radio was faulty. Every time they sent *********** technicians who told us that everything is fine of who tried to upsell us to a new expensive alarm system. 2. Only when made a serious complaint they decided to give us a bigger antenna (the technician told us that this house were in a dip and needed the bigger antenna to start with) so for a year I basically paid for nothing. 3. A while ago i had an emergency as i saw on my panel that i had movement in my house. I called immediately for assistance. Every 10 minutes after that I called to follow up as no one showed up where i was promised that someone is in their ways. After my 3 rd call i was told that the guard were at my gate but did not come in as we have dogs (mind you they were with me in the house) … Beagle will leave you stranded even if you call for an emergency many times. 4. Today i also had an alarm signal while i was shopping. I told beagle to go to my house. I continued shopping and went back home assuming everything is fine. After 30 minutes this security guard showed up. I literally beat beagle to my house and i did shopping.

Before you sign up at beagle ask yourself, if someone gets into your home and you requested response…. You wont be assisted as allot can happen between 30-45 minutes. You are NOT protected if you signed up with them. And when you complain the response is just “sorry or we will improve” what if someone killed us because you did not come to my house in time?? Think long and hard before you sign up with them.
