Worst experience ever!

We have been residents in Helderkruin for 16 years going on 17. During this time experienced 5 serious security breach incidents 3 of which occurred in less than one year since joining Beagle watch.

We had 2 motorbikes ****** from our property within a 3 month period, large motorbikes carried away loaded on a vehicle literally under the noses of the Beagle watch patrol vehicles (s). During the first incident it is virtually unthinkable that the Beagle watch vehicle did not at some stage at least pass or encounter the suspect vehicle because it has been investigated and shown that the theft occurred over at least a 2 hour period during which precast slabs were removed from our wall in clear and plain sight of the Beagle watch vehicle which should have noticed at least a suspicious vehicle which was in the area for at least 2 hours between 2 and 4 am. After the incident there was there a gaping hole in our precast wall and a fence cut in an adjoining street which was not noticed or reported by the beagle watch vehicles which have been shown by their movement control system to have driven past our home and the cut fence no less than 11 times.

My attempt at discussing the matter with senior and responsible personel from management was answered only by one person who reluctantly agreed to visit my premises days after the incident. This person displayed an arrogant and ******** attitude and seemed to have no interest in establishing the facts of the incident. The incident also was not escalated and there was no further response, apology, enquiry or any attempt whatsoever from Beagle watch after the incident.

The second incident occurred on 11.05.2016 when a second motorcycle was carried away and loaded onto a vehicle on the "watch" of beagle watch. Again no follow up, no enquiry no assistance after the fact from beagle watch management.

The latest incident occurred on 28.05.16 when my son was awakened by breaking glass from the dining room. He immediately pressed the panic button which sounded but to our dismay and utter disappointment there was no phone call or response from the beagle watch guards. Only after we called them did they respond and search the premises. They left about 10 minutes later and since the incident we have had no further inquiry or courtesy call from beagle watch. Later that same morning we pressed the panic button to test and it sounded once again and then the guards responded. So the system was clearly working and the question is WHY did they not respond at the time of the incident. This specific incident is shrouded in huge doubt and controversy which can not be discussed at this time pending an investigation.

We joined Beagle watch less than a year ago with huge expectations following the promises of dedicated vehicles patrolling etc. Etc. We have been paying more than double the going rate of other reputable security companies only to have suffered the greatest loss ever since residing at our current address. We now feel less secure than ever and are considering selling our property.
