Technical team absolutely useless

My mother lives in Morningside ext 4, and she is a paying member to Beagle, but she has received terrible service. She is trying to get her new electric fence and beams alarm system linked to the armed response, and has even had someone out there to inspect it. But when I followed up on it on the 21st May 2019, there is no record of the visit, only the previous one to do a quote for a new house alarm system. The lady in the technical department was also going to phone me back the same day... And yes.. I'm still waiting. If this doesn't get sorted out for her in the next day or 2, we will be canceling the membership, moving to an alternative armed response provider and reporting it to the Homeowners association due to the poor service, and essentially putting my mother's life at risk.
