Saving the day

We had a botched alarm key pad installation by a security provider which left us without an alarm linked to our security company Beagle Watch which was very concerning for us. I then hastily contacted Beagle Watch late on that Fri afternoon in the hope of them being able to recommend a reputable company to assist us and was pleasantly surprised by the prompt service we received. Kirsty contacted their technical dept who sent Petrus minutes later to make sure we were linked to their control room via panics and he then fairly quoted to fit another key pad the following week. We are so grateful for their concern & willingness to assist and continue to be very satisfied customers. Thank you to Beagle Watch for being a company where customer service is a priority.
