Response office inability to drive

I wonder if their response officers buy their drivers licenses? Today 2 of their cars attemoted to kill me. 1 went across a dual road from 1 side to the other without looking and infront cars doing the speedlimit of 80 km/hour. He was maybe doing 10kms.the other ignored a circle and turned in front of cars without slowing down. The only reason I did not have a car accident is because I know when you see a Beagle car you have to drive EXTRA carefully. I wish I could say this was a once off incident but this is normal operating procedure for their response officers.
