POOR SERVICE - BAD ATTITUDE FROM STAFF (SPECIALTY IS SECURITY BUT YOU NOT SAFE AT ALL)

I am an existing customer of Beagle Watch Security and yesterday my alarm system was damaged. However I did contact my security company Beagle Watch Control Room at around just after 6pm to report the matter and that my house was not armed and the control centre looged the call and transferred me to a standby technician who told me that I must wait 7 to 10 working days to get my alarm repaired " a standby technician could not attend to the emergency". So I contacted the call centre again and they logged it with the manager Micheal and I reported my complaint and he said that someone would get back to me. Got a call from Petrus who told me that they would send a technician out in the morning to put in a temporary panic- they did'nt even send a technician to assess the problem first before determining the outcome so I as a customer must live in the house for the night without arming it - Petrus was more interested in selling an alarm system without any concern regarding the occupants safety and this is a security company entrusted to guard our homes. I then decide to check the alarm system last night just to ensure myself that there is probably a small problem and tried to trace the damage. I managed to get the panic working and tested this and this went to straight to the control room as an activation and they contacted me immediately telling me that they are picking up a panic activation. So rest assured that ther is a signal and I mention to the lady at the control room the the panic is working but I cannot arm and disarm the system so she said she was going to check and get back to me....this never happened...Tried numerous times this morning to speak to the managing director and all I am told is that someone should get back to you which never happens. Did get a call from Petrus and this employee was so rude and abusive on the telephone - it ****ed me off more that I could actually pay and advertising company to put an advert "for safety and security please contact beagle watch because your life is always at risk and they don't give a sh** " open invitation to get ****** as long as you with beagle..... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.....NO SAFETY AND SECURITY - A COMPANY ENTRUSTED TO SAFEGUARD OUR HOMES AND LIVES HAS NO BACKUP FOR EMERGENCIES ....
