I would never be interested in signing up as a client with Beagle Watch.

I bought a property in Greenside in 2020. It transferred into my name on 26 March 2020 (day before lockdown). After the first month in my new home, I had a number of Beagle Watch officers pitch up at my house to convince me to keep their armed response service. I'd already confirmed with the previous owner that I wouldn't. Then their admin department contacted me as well to try and sell me on their service. Again I said no. In May 2021, I received a call from Beagle Watch asking they could come through to collect their radio link. We arranged for a Friday but they did not pitch up. This week I received a similar call. I explained that they could collect the unit on Friday and again they did not pitch. Now on the Saturday, they phone and want to come through. Every time, they ask me when I will and won't be home and honestly, it makes me more than uncomfortable. Needless to say, I told them that they are harassing me and any further phone calls from them would result in action. I'm more than happy to drop the device off at their offices, but am horrified by the overall experience. They are either unable to keep to their commitments or there is something else afoot.
