Hijack alert Blairgowrie

I phoned them 4.20 in the morning, after witnessing what seemed like a hijack from a distance i Blairgowrie. 4 Guys surrounded a white Polo GTI. My friend drove from our hom towards them, the guys jumped into the Polo and a white Hyundai i20 and drove off. It has been an hour and no feedback or anything.
