Frustrating service

On Friday 16:00 9 Sept 2022 the area that I live in had load Shedding. My gate guardian kept going off as I had to manually open the gate. I then got 2 calls from beagle from competent people who I gave my password and said everything is fine without sending a security guy around. Then my gate alarm went off again and I deactivated it but then only got a call 10min later from the control room saying that an officer was there and inspected and found nothing wrong. Take in mind that I was at my gate the whole time. No one came at all. I told the operator to not lie to me to say that someone had come because no 1 did.Then only 20 min later they sent another vechile. How on earth can I now trust beagle going forward because they said someone came but no one did like they use too. Then to makes things more frustrating I had to open my gate again to which the alarm went off. I waited 20 min before I had to call beagle to ask if they got my alarm signal to which the response was no they got nothing. Then again I had to open the gate 1 last time and the alarm went off again to which someone called me, I then gave them my password and was asked should they cancel the vechile. I rep**** yes cancel the vechile. 15min later beagle is in my yard.

This has got to be the worst communication, planning I've seen with a security company. I will be moving to scp security after what happened today. Truly pathetic
