Forced cancelation by security provider & not treating consumers fairly

We have been beagle watch security for 9 months and over the 9 months experienced excellent service until O called tgem this morning to advise tgat Im moving. I didn't ask go cancel my policy however because tgey dont opperate in that spesific area kf Roodepoort I was forced to ask gor cancelation. Furthermore, I'm also forced to gi e one month's notice so basically paying for a service that I do not receive as tgey are forcing me to cancel their services to me. This doesn't make sense at all and I honestly feel that Im not being treated fairly as a customer here.
