Beagle Watch Poor Service

I have received no service at all from this company besides being debited off my account. No contract has been received too date and no technician has been sent to my home to connect my alarm system, I have contacted both the consultant and the call lines and still nothing. Really poor service by what is expected to be a good company that covers this area in Johannesburg.
