Beagle watch poor service

We moved house and I've taken off work numerous times for Beagle Watch to sort our security system, it still doesn't work properly. We cannot set the alarm when we leave the house and when it goes off there have been numerous occasions whereby neither my partner nor I have been contacted to check if we are ok. What is the point of paying for a service when there is no service.
