Beagle Watch and Hoot; Disturbing the peach at 11:30pm

<p>After being woken by a hooter, i thought it was a neighbour that was dropped off when I heard the car driving off. I went to drink a glass of water, after about 5 min I heard the hooter again.</p> <p>I went out into the street, and saw the Beagle Watch car in the street, lights flashing and hooting. When I walked up to him and asked him what the hell is he doing he pointed behind me to an open garage where somebody is busy in the car. He said he thinks somebody is breaking in. </p> <p>I asked where is his partner and why is he hooting and not inspecting; the response was that he started driving away slowly. </p> <p>After stopping him again, I explained that he is asking for a rock though his window if he is going to hoot in the neighbourhood again. </p> <p>Therefore: if you are the most expensive security company in the neighbourhood, please provide a better service than hooting alone in the street! </p>
