Very poor client service
Beautiful products, unfortunately these people have no idea how to treat clients with ZERO correspondence skills whatsoever.
For this reason, I'd rather support another business.

28 Jan 2022, 13:38Don't choose "YOUR OWN COURIER TO COLLECT" on checkout and then when we inform you that your parcel is ready for collection, after your order was placed, you then ONLY notified us that you noticed that you selected the incorrect shipping option, and then blame us for YOUR mistake, the system actually DOES allow you to go back to change any options BEFORE you make a payment! That includes changes that can be made, in your cart, on your shipping address, on your payment options and also on your shipping options! We do not understand your issue as we have rep**** kindly to your email indicating that should you want to use our courier service, you are more than welcome to do a separate payment for that. Maybe you are just having a bad day and read OUR email with emotions!
