Unnecessarily rude and not service oriented

Very poor service. And rude. To be fair, I ordered chain for non-jewelry purposes and it wasn't suitable for my purpose (hanging pictures). But there response to a friendly suggestion to consider detailing their chain scales (so provide precision) and provide a scale photo was met by hostility and arrogant rudeness off the bat. And of course they wouldn't consider a refund for an honest mistake on a medium sized order. I guess they are the kind of the shop where all is well if your request matches their internet description. Forget them if you've anything more nuanced. Test them with a small order first. Or give your business to polite people !
