I was unhappy with a clothing item that I received from beadedcreations.co.za I received the item on Friday. Filed a return this Sunday. It can clearly be seen that the item has not been worn. I felt that the item was not exactly what the pictured detailed. My request for return was not taken seriously. I order online quite frequently and I have never experienced a lack of openness to what I feel to be a valid request to return.
